Shipping – How It Works! 🚚

Every item is made just for you, lovingly printed, packed, and shipped by our trusted production partner, Printify. Below you’ll find all the details about how we get your PositiveHug's to your doorstep. Not all our products are currently able to be purchased from outside of the UK. 


Order Processing Time

Because all our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipping.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

(During busy times like holidays, it might take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated!)


Shipping Times

We work with print partners around the world, which means where possible your order will be produced and shipped from the location closest to you,  helping reduce shipping time and carbon emissions 🌍 

Here’s how long delivery usually takes after your order has been made:

*Express shipping isn’t available for every product or location, but you’ll see all the options at checkout. 

Because some of our products are made right here in the UK, and others are made closer to where our customers live, delivery times can vary slightly depending on where your order is produced and shipped from. 

If your item is made and shipped from the UK to an international address, delivery may take a little longer than the time frames listed above (some products may take up to 30 days to be delivered) but we’ll always keep you updated with tracking information once it’s on the move!


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location, the items in your order, and the shipping speed you choose.
Because our items are made in different print locations, your order may arrive in separate packages,  but don’t worry, that’s totally normal!


International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship to the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Australia.

Where possible, we’ll produce and ship your order from a facility near you to make things faster and easier.

Customs & Import Fees:
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs or import fees. These aren’t included in our prices, and we don’t have control over them, so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.


Address Details (Important!)

To make sure your order arrives safely, please double-check your address before confirming your purchase.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • The address must be written in Latin characters only.

  • Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters and Address Line 2 to 30 characters.

  • Printify doesn’t validate addresses, so it’s super important that yours is accurate.

  • For international orders, a phone number is required for smooth delivery.

PO Boxes:

  • PO box delivery is only supported for the United States, and Express Delivery isn’t available for PO boxes.

  • If you’re outside the US, it’s best to use a street address instead.

  • PO boxes also have size limits, so make sure your order will fit!


Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders

We know how frustrating delivery issues can be — don’t worry, we’re here to help! 💛

  • If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local courier or neighbours first, then contact us at contact@positivehug.co.

  • If your order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once you’ve covered the new shipping cost.

  • For lost or damaged packages, we’ll work with Printify to investigate and sort things out as quickly as possible.


A Few More Things to Know

  • Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

  • Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or local delivery issues.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for delays once your order has been handed to the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong!
